DIGITAL

 

 

Please understand that all digital sales are final due to them being downloadable. You will not receive a physical item. Refunds may not be given if you change your mind. 

 

How to purchase a digital item:

1. Add the item to your cart, continue to checkout and payment.

2. Once your purchase has processed, the files will then be available to download. If you purchase as a guest, you will receive a link to the email given at checkout. If you are signed in, the digital download will be available in your purchases history.

3. Download the file, save to your computer, and set as your desktop in settings. 

*Please note that every file downloaded are original, owned, and copyrighted of Barbee Studio. These digital are for personal use only. They may not be resold, remade, copied or distributed in any shape or form. If these terms and conditions are violated in way legal action will be required.

Shipping & Handling

 

Shipping and handling are non-negotiable it includes shipping and packaging. Most packages are sent within 24 hours, weekends and holidays not included.

 

RUSH & PRIORITY FEE 

Items will be shipped 1-3 days after your purchase. 

Allow at least 1-2 weeks prior to the date of your occasion for delivery time unless you would want to choose priority or express shipping fee.

Delivery delays due to COVID-19

Due to the current global situation, some time shipping of physical orders shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

1. The colours can vary from monitor to monitor, so please be aware that the intensity of the colour can differ slightly from what you see on the screen and when you receive your item or case.

2. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We accept exchange for items damaged in transit only.
